Contact Information for Therapy

Contact via Email: When you contact me via email me for therapy services, please include the type of therapy you want (i.e., individual or relationship) and what you want to address (i.e., anxiety, depression, self-esteem, trauma history, relationship issues, etc.). Click the “View Appointment Availability” button below. Include an available day and time for a Free Consultation or your Initial Intake. Free Consultations are recommended to begin to determine if we may be a good therapeutic fit for one another and what you want to address in therapy is within the scope of my practice. See Ideal Clients for more information. In your email, please specify you want to schedule the Free Consultation or Initial Intake. For instance; “My spouse and I are wanting couples therapy to learn how to better communicate with one another. We would like to set up a free consultation next Wednesday at 3:15pm.” Please include if you referred to me by someone. Then I will confirm the free consultation day and time and may respond with relevant questions. If you want to schedule an Initial Session, please email me your first and last name, email address, and birthday. I will create your account for scheduling and paperwork. Please check your spam/junk folders for my emails.
